Anzac Day - Guides Centenary March 2019

This year in our Centenary Year of Guiding in Queensland we will be leading the youth section of the Brisbane City March.

Each year around 150 youth and adult members provide service to the Brisbane City March by handing out water to the other contingents who march and by carrying paddles, banners and flags throughout the Parade.

Some members come in after they complete their local service and march in the Brisbane March also. This year we are utilising an online booking system to ensure we are able to capture emergency details and to also speed up the registration process upon arrival.

Important Times:

8:45 am
Registrations open to those members who wish to assist in carrying paddles, banners and flags.

9:20 am
Youth to carry paddles will be seated within the youth compound in the designated area.

Water to be ready and to be handed out to diggers etc. More explicit information on the day

10:30 am
Registrations open for those who are only marching with the Girl Guide Contingent.

11:00 am
All youth organisations to form up ready to march.

Upon Arrival:
